Dr. Poorna Kushalnagar, ’93, Special Assistant to the Provost for Research and Engagement, is one of three authors of a research letter in the July 15 edition of the Journal of Internal Medicine. They propose that there is a second pathway to COVID-19 infection: self-infection to the lungs via one’s one speech.
