The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced its 2012 baseball all-conference awards and for the second year in a row, Gallaudet University sophomore outfielder William Bissell was named the West Division Player of the Year. Coach Curtis Pride was named West Division Coach of the Year for the first time.

Gallaudet had five players honored this year, which was the most in the conference. The All-NEAC conference awards honor the accomplishments of outstanding student-athletes. The 24 athletes who received this honor were divided into two All-NEAC teams. Three Bison made the first team and two players were picked for the second team.  Bissell, senior William Chapman, and sophomore catcher Casey Hicks were picked for the All-NEAC first team and junior shortstop Tommy Barksdale and sophomore Marcus Smith were selected for the second team.
