Dr. Jane Norman was especially proud of her legacy in the National Deaf Life Museum at Gallaudet University. Before she passed, she was working with museum staff to develop an exhibition on the history of ASL research and its position in the American story. We are continuing to work on this exhibition in her memory, and planning a transformative experience to launch in 2026, coinciding with the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Please consider donating to the development of this exhibition, honoring both Dr. Norman and her treasured National Deaf Life Museum.
