Gallaudet University is authorized to issue Form I-20 by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

In order to receive the Form I-20, you must complete the Certification of Finances Form ( Graduate or Ph. D. Student Form / Undergraduate or Readmitted Student Form) and Sponsor's Affidavit of Annual Cash Support Form. Please submit these completed forms and supporting documents to International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) no later than June 30 for the upcoming fall semester or no later than November 30 for the upcoming spring semester. (See address below.)

Note: Any documents that arrive after these dates will automatically defer your enrollment at Gallaudet to the following semester.

Also be advised that photocopies and faxed documents will not be accepted. It is mandatory to have official and original documents notarized. Once ISSS has received sufficient documentation showing full proof of financial support, it will issue you the Form I-20.
