Gallaudet University is authorized to issue Form I-20 by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
In order to receive the Form I-20, you must complete the Certification of Finances Form ( Graduate or Ph. D. Student Form / Undergraduate or Readmitted Student Form) and Sponsor's Affidavit of Annual Cash Support Form. Please submit these completed forms and supporting documents to Gallaudet’s International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) by the *deadlines listed below:
*Note: Any documents that arrive after these deadline dates will automatically defer your enrollment or application at Gallaudet to the following semester.
Also, be advised that photocopies and faxed documents will not be accepted. It is mandatory to have official and original documents notarized. Once ISSS has received sufficient documentation showing full proof of financial support, it will issue you the Form I-20.
