As of September 6, 2019, we are changing our criteria for Articulation Agreements (AA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with other colleges and universities.
Gallaudet University currently has Articulation Agreements (AA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with several other schools across the country. These schools are listed below. These agreements are mutually beneficial for both the schools and their students, and typically provide pathways for students to transfer to Gallaudet with advanced standing. All existing agreements remain in place, and will be reviewed and updated as appropriate.
General Transfers
Bachelor of Arts in Interpretation 2+2 Memorandum of Understanding
Science, Technology, and Mathematics Articulation Agreement
We are reframing how we develop Articulation Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding. Effective immediately, any college or university that wants to enter into an AA or MOU with Gallaudet will need to meet the following criteria.
As a cost efficiency measure, we will no longer hold formal signing ceremonies; the agreements will be signed by the appropriate administrators.
All agreements will be reviewed and/or updated every five years. They will be revoked if less than 10 students transfer from your school to Gallaudet over this five-year period.
If you would like to explore the possibility of entering into an Articulation Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding, please contact transfer.specialist@gallaudet.edu.
