Reservations

We are accepting reservation requests for the dates between May 13, 2024, through July 31, 2024, and accommodations are subject to availability. 

We are not accepting reservation requests for individuals and groups who are not a student of Gallaudet University doing an internship with an organization or business in the D.C. area. 

We don’t accept reservation requests less than three (3) business days.

Check-Ins and Check-Outs

• Check-in time | 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out time | 10:00 a.m.

Late check-outs will result in a room charge for one night. Please check with Residence Life and Housing for exception to this policy. 

Accommodations, Amenities, and Accessibility

Our standard room (single or double occupancy) will include two Twin-XL beds (linens not included in the room cost), two desks and two desk chairs, two dressers, and two wardrobe closets. All rooms are air conditioned. Linens are available for a one-time fee of $20.00 per person.

All rooms include access to communal restrooms shared by all visitors with the exception of some rooms that come with a private bathroom, TV lounges, access to WiFi, and laundry facilities. 

We have a range of accessible accommodations, such as:

• Rooms on lower floors
• Wheelchair accessible rooms
• Bathrooms with shower rails
• Suites with bathtubs

Please share with us if you have any special accommodations when you proceed with making your reservation request. 

Do note that we do not provide toiletries or other personal care items so please bring any items you need with you during your stay. 

Rates for Visitors

Our rate is $50.00 per person per night.

We provide linens for a one-time $20.00 fee per set which includes bedding (a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, a pillow with case) in addition to a bath towel. 

Payment

Visitors are required to pay their room charges after their reservation request has been processed. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a $25.00 fee per room and will be deducted from any refund due. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. 

Making Your Reservation Request

1. Complete the Reservation Request form. 
2. Once we receive your reservation request, we will check for availability then connect with you to verify your reservation and arrange payment. Do note that payment must be made in full prior to confirming your reservation.
