Not Living On-Campus
You must fill out a Housing Cancellation Form online if you do not plan to live on campus in the upcoming semester.
During fall semesters (for the upcoming spring semesters), Housing Cancellation Forms must be completed before November 15 to avoid the $500 cancellation fee. Please note that if you complete the Housing Cancellation form after November 15, the $500 cancellation fee will automatically apply.
During spring semesters (for the upcoming fall semesters), Housing Cancellation Forms can be completed anytime, but before Room Lottery takes place is preferred. Please note that if you secure a room via Room Lottery, the $500 cancellation fee will automatically apply.
During the summer/winter breaks, if you find that you are unable to return for the upcoming semester, due to various reasons (loss of VR support, academic suspension, etc.), then it is your responsibility to notify us at email@example.com and complete the Housing Cancellation Form online.
