IMPORTANT NOTE: You/your group must complete the Housing Application Form before you can complete the Lottery Application Form. An email will be sent to you/your group with confirmation of your choice.
For Individuals, you must complete the Lottery Application Form via BISON. Failure to complete this process by Sunday, June 20, 2021 will result in your inability to participate in the Room Lottery process.
For Groups of 2, only one person in your group needs to complete the Lottery Application Form via BISON.
For Groups of 4, only one person in your group needs to complete the Lottery Application Form via BISON.
Below is a list of instructions to assist you/your group with completing your Lottery Application online:
NOTE: Everyone in the group will receive an e-mail from lottery.app@gallaudet.edu to confirm your Room Lottery Option and room/suitemates on the Lottery Application.
You will receive an e-mail notification from Residence Life and Housing notifying you of the date/time of your Room Lottery time slot.
Students who have not participated in the Room Lottery process or missed the application deadline will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Residence Life and Housing reserves the right to assign students to vacant spaces.
Students who cancel the room assignment AFTER receiving their room assignments will automatically be charged the $500.00 cancellation fee.
