There are two groups you can sign up for - Groups of Four (4 roommates for Carlin Hall or Clerc Hall) and Groups of Two (2 roommates for Carlin Hall, Clerc Hall, Peet Hall or Ballard West). You may choose the Single Room Housing option when completing your Lottery Application.

Important Notes for Undergraduate Students

  • Complete the Course Registration, Housing Application and Lottery Application online by Sunday, June 20, 2021;
  • You will receive an e-mail notification from Residence Life and Housing if the application has been approved by your assigned day/time for Room Lottery; and
  • Room Lottery process will take place online via your BISON account on Thursday, June 24, 2021.

Disclaimer

Students who have not participated in the Room Lottery process or missed the application deadline will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Residence Life and Housing reserves the right to assign students to vacant spaces.

Students who cancel the room assignment AFTER receiving their room assignments will automatically be charged the $500.00 cancellation fee.
