Gallaudet University's Student Success programs work in partnership with key offices across campus to provide student academic, career and psycho-social support. The office of Student Success provides the following:

- New Student Orientation for all new and transfer undergraduate students (offered at the start of each Fall and Spring term).

- Student Success Coaching - professional student success coaches dedicated to providing academic and career guidance and support to all students.

- Peer Leadership Programs - leadership opportunities for upper-level students to serve as trained peer leaders in a variety of student success capacities, including peer academic advising, peer career consulting, peer mentoring and other key roles.
