University Communications Request Form

If you have a creative/marketing/production need specific to marketing your program please complete the University Communications (UC) request form and a member of the department will contact you.

Please note that UC does not charge for its services, but the printing and mailing costs (including postage and delivery fees) will be reimbursed back to UC via an I.I.
