This year’s Commencement week celebrates not only the graduates of the Class of 2010, but Gallaudet’s 10th president, as well. The three days of festivities kick off Wednesday, May 12, with the Inaugural Ceremony of President T. Alan Hurwitz, who began his term in January. On Thursday, May 13, graduate students will attend the Graduate Awards and Hooding Ceremony. Undergraduate and advanced degree recipients will take part in Commencement exercises on Friday, May 14.
The Hooding and Commencement exercises will be webstreamed live.
For more information on attending each event or watching the webstreams, go to the Commencement website and the website for graduating students and their families and guests. More information on the Inauguration is available on the website of the Office of the President.
