Logging into PeopleSoft via BISON

1. To access Bison (PeopleSoft), type the following path in your web browser's address bar: http://bison.gallaudet.edu/
   
   The PeopleSoft Login page appears:
   
   
2. In the Username field, type only the first 20 characters (including the decimal) of your Gallaudet user name. Example: If your legal name is John Doe, your Gallaudet user name would "john.doe"
3. In the Password field, type your password. If you have never logged into PeopleSoft before or can't remember your password, you will need to reset your password at http://password.gallaudet.edu
   
   Note: Your password appears as a series of dots to maintain confidentiality. Both your User ID and password are case-sensitive.
4. Click  
   
   Result: The system processes your sign-on request, and the Bison Home page appears.

Logging out of PeopleSoft

On the Navigational Header, click the Sign Out button located on the top right:

Result: The PeopleSoft Login page appears.

Warning: Use the sign out button to close PeopleSoft. Do not attempt to sign out using your web browser's close button. The browser's close button does not completely shut down the PeopleSoft application.
