JumpStart Program: July 23 - August 21

JumpStart is a dual track program for new students 4-weeks prior to their first semester at Gallaudet. JumpStart - Academic Success provides students with intense academic preparation for college and introduces them to academic expectations. JumpStart - New Signers is primarily for mainstreamed students new to American Sign Language (ASL) and learning in a visual environment. All together, students participate in a daily personal discovery program encouraging team-building and conflict resolution, learn about Gallaudet's rich history and traditions, and experience the nearby culture and attractions of Washington, DC.
