Gallaudet University provides departments with a secure area for storing files for use from various locations and for backing up crucial files.  Please make a request at  http://helpdesk.gallaudet.edu

Note: Users logging into Gallaudet-owned Windows computers on the university domain automatically get network drive.
  • in Windows File Explorer:  "department-name" (S:)
  • on Mac OS X:  see below for manual set up - smb://nas5/department-name

Instructions

These instructions explain how to access Gallaudet University network storage from your computer. For off-campus network, VPN access is required-- first log in at  http://remote.gallaudet.edu  and then return to this instructional page.

If you are having problems connecting to your network access storage, please read the Login Problems and see if the steps fix the issue.
