Welcome to Gallaudet University!

As a new member of our community, you need to activate your GALLAUDET computer account, so you will be able to access Gallaudet technology resources. You must use your legal name for your account, and the username is typically firstname.lastname. If your lastname has spaces in it, replace the space with a period.

After activating your account, we strongly recommend visiting the Self-Service Password Management page on the IT Service Desk. This system enables you to proactively change your password, reset it if forgotten, or unlock your account following too many unsuccessful login attempts. Guidance on managing your password in your Okta account can be accessed here.
