The NSSE survey is administered every spring nationally; Gallaudet University has participated in Spring 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014. As of 2014, the Academic Challenge component of the survey changed from one Academic Challenge measure to four Academic Challenge measures: Higher-Order Learning, Reflective & Integrative Learning, Learning Strategies, and Quantitative Reasoning.
