Staff Residential Assistants

Each residence hall has a Staff Residential Assistant (SRA).

SRAs are full-time staff whose primary responsibilities involve monitoring entry into the residence hall and performing other office functions. SRAs work closely with other Residence Life and Housing staff members and the Department of Public Safety in maintaining the safety and security of residence halls. The SRA will be at the residence hall main desk during overnight hours.

SRAs are supported by a Team Leader, a senior member of the team, whose primary responsibilities are to maintain communication between the Office of Residence Life and Housing and the SRAs, ensure office coverage for shifts, resolving minor issues not requiring on-call staff assistance, and cover residence hall offices when needed.
