Clubs and Organizations

There’s always something fun to do at Gallaudet University.

Connect with students who have the same interests as you. You do much better in school when you have connections with your peers, the opportunity to reach your goals, and the ability to support causes you’re passionate about.

Your college experience matters.

One of the most valuable gifts from the college experience is connecting with others through a shared cause or interest. You’ll have that chance here.

Gallaudet is home to a wide variety of student organizations enhanced by our bilingual advantage, so there are options for everyone!

And if nothing jumps out to you, start your own group! That’s how ThinkBiz for entrepreneurs began.

Hone your leadership and advocacy skills

National Society Leadership and Success (NSLS)

The nation’s largest leadership society was founded in 2001 to build a community of like-minded, success-oriented leaders who come together to help one another succeed.

The Society offers interactive broadcasts with the nation’s best speakers, training in goal setting, and team meetings in which students set and hold each other accountable for achieving goals. Our students benefit from the peer support and resources that NSLS offers.
